Scope of Contract
Modernization of the Kostenets-Septemvri (Lot 4) railway section as part of the "Modernization of the Sofia - Plovdiv railway line: modernization of the Sofia - Elin Pelin and Elin Pelin - Septemvri sections" project along the eastern corridor on the Sofia - Plovdiv - Burgas route, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013 of the European Parliament and Council of 11 December 2013 establishing the Mediterranean Corridor network.
